I miss you both so much.
I almost forgot - I had the thought about Mom's birthday flash through my head sometime this week, I know, and Father's Day is hard to miss, but it's the one-two punch that finally hit just a few minutes ago.
Think I'll go harass a cat - that should make me feel better. Or at least the bleeding should distract me :)

Right there with you. Isn't that the bitch of it? You never know when these things are going to spring on you.
My dad's birthday was this past Wednesday, the 17th. Each year I dread Father's Day. Twenty-three years and I still miss him.
Harassing a cat should help. They are fun to harass. I have two sleeping Pugs. :)
Mom's birthday and Father's Day were often back to back, if not the same day.
The cat helped :) And I didn't even bleed! Plus Ith and Nin called me :) and we talked about my upcoming visit.
